Reporting Bugs
This page describes the process of reporting a bug.
1. Post to the Google Group First
Before reporting a bug, please post about your issue to the Google Group to determine if it is a real bug. GettingHelp will tell you what information to include in your posting.
2. Log a Bug to the Tracker
If, after posting to the group, you find that you have a real bug on your hands, please log your bug to the bug tracker so it doesn't get lost.
